You can leave a gift note at checkout. Also, there is no need to worry, our packing slips do not show payment information, so the recipient will not see how much was paid!

We run exclusive seasonal packs each month, but once it is sold out it is gone. We have brought exclusive flavors back, but normally once it is gone, it may be gone for a while.

Yes! We have found that the cookies are still tasty after freezing them for up to 12 months!

From room temperature: We recommend placing them in the oven/air fryer at 350 for 4-5 minutes, but if you are in a rush, the microwave for 12-15 seconds is a good alternative. If reheating more than one cookie in the microwave, we recommend doing them individually.

From frozen, we always recommend letting your cookie thaw before reheating for best results.

Our cookies (unlike other companies) are individually wrapped and heat-sealed.

Most will last well over 6 weeks; however, we think it is best to freeze them if they will not be consumed the week you receive them. Frozen they will last well over 12 months!

Ingredient & allergen information can be found on the individual product pages of each product. Nutrition panels are not available for limited flavors as they are in extremely limited quantities, but the macros are generally close to our original flavors.

Yes, we have cookies that contain peanuts as well as other tree nuts. We also have cookies that are nut-free, but all of our cookies are processed in the same facility so there is always a chance of cross-contamination.

If your package is missing, lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier initially to address the issue. If the matter remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, and you purchased our shipping protection, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to update your address.

Please note that delivery instructions do not process through the system and you will need to contact FedEx directly. We recommend shipping to an address where there will be someone to accept it if there is concern that it might be stolen as we cannot be held responsible and are unable to replace packages.

YES! At checkout select the pick up option. Once your order is placed, please allow our team 2 business days to bake and prepare your order for pickup. Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to notify you for pickup.

All orders are baked to order and shipped out 2 business days later via the shipping method selected at checkout. For example, if you order on a Sunday night release, your order will be shipped out on Tuesday. If you selected Fedex 2-Day, it would then deliver on Thursday (granted there are no shipping delays by the courier).
