The Batch Report: A Peek Inside F&W Cookie's Wildest Week Yet (May 4–8, 2026)
A behind-the-scenes batch report from the F&W Cookie kitchen — fresh drops, big launches, a "cake" that wasn't really a cake, and one very stressed-out team praying the deadlines bend in their favor.
Okay, pour yourself something cold. We need to talk.
This week at F&W Cookie was a lot. Like, "we forgot what the sun looked like" a lot. If you've been following along with our weekly batch reports, you already know we don't sugarcoat things around here (well… we kind of do, technically — it's literally our job). But this week deserves its own special little corner of the internet.
So grab a cookie, get comfy, and let me walk you through everything that happened in the bakery May 4 through May 8.
June's Exclusive Cookie Packs Are Coming (and yes, we're freaking out a little)
We've been hunched over the kitchen island for days working on June's exclusive cookie packs, and y'all… I cannot wait for you to see them. We sent ourselves into a flavor spiral trying to land the final lineup, but I think we finally did it.
I won't spill everything yet — that would ruin the surprise. But here's a tiny sneak peek: think summer-on-a-plate vibes, a couple of nostalgic flavors that are going to wreck you in the best way, and one wildcard we almost talked ourselves out of (and then immediately talked ourselves back into).
These exclusive cookie packs only drop once a month, and they always sell out, so if you've been on the fence about subscribing, this is your sign.
New Merch Came In and It's Honestly Too Cute
A box showed up Tuesday and the whole team forgot how to act professional for about an hour. New F&W Cookie merch is in the building. Most of it is staff-only (yes, we're hoarding it, no, we're not sorry), but there's a real chance some of these pieces will land on the website if y'all want them.
I'm not going to lie — the second I tried it on, I texted our team like, "we have to sell this." So if you've been waiting for new drops, keep an eye on the shop. We'll let our email list know first when anything goes live.
Adam's Birthday "Cake" (in Quotation Marks for a Reason)
It was Adam's birthday this week and obviously, because this is a cookie company, we made him a "cake." Which is to say… we made him a giant cookie cake. A massive, layered, frosted, ridiculous cookie situation that absolutely qualifies as cake in our hearts but would maybe lose a court case.
He loved it. We love him. Happy birthday, Adam.
The Big Project, the Tight Deadline, and Our Quiet Group Panic
Okay, real talk. We could really use prayers, good vibes, manifesting energy — whatever you've got going next week. We have a HUGE project on the line, and this is the week we have to hit the deadline. There's no Plan B. There's just us, a lot of cookie dough, and a shared group chat that has not slept.
I can't share specifics yet (NDA life), but if everything pans out, this is one of those moments that takes a small business and turns it into something else entirely. So if you have a spare minute next week to send a "you got this" thought our way, we'll feel it. Promise.
We're in HEB! Frozen Stuffed Cookie Dough Bites Have Officially Launched
This one deserves its own parade. Our frozen stuffed cookie dough bites are now officially in HEB stores across Texas. If you live in Texas, you can walk into your local HEB and grab a bag of F&W Cookie dough bites from the freezer aisle.
This is the kind of thing we used to talk about while elbow-deep in flour, half-joking, half-dreaming. And now it's just… real. The packaging is sitting on a Texas grocery store shelf right now. Somebody is buying it for movie night tonight. We can't wrap our heads around it.
If you're in Texas: please go grab a bag, take a picture in the freezer aisle, and tag us. We will lose our minds (in a good way) every single time.
3,000 Cookies Anonymous (Our Blue Cookie Monster Flavor)
Three. Thousand. Cookies. Anonymous.
For the uninitiated — Cookies Anonymous is our blue Cookie Monster flavor, loaded with crumbled chocolate chip cookies inside a soft blue cookie dough base. It's our most chaotic flavor and arguably our most beloved.
We baked 3,000 of them this week for a single order, and the kitchen looked like the inside of a Smurf's day-dream by hour three. Beautiful. Exhausting. Worth it.
A White Label Situation Is Brewing
We sent out samples this week for a white labeling project that's currently underway, which is industry-speak for: another brand might soon be selling F&W Cookie–made cookies under their own label. We can't share who or what just yet, but if it goes through, it's a big one.
If you're a brand interested in white label cookies or custom cookie manufacturing, by the way, we're actively taking on a few more partners this year. Slide into the contact form on our site and we'll chat.
Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026 — Booth Setup Is Coming Together
The Sweets & Snacks Expo is just a couple of weeks away, and our booth this year is going to slap. Last year was our first time exhibiting and let's just say we learned a lot. This year we're showing up with a booth that actually reflects the brand — playful, loud, snackable, a little chaotic in the best way.
If you're going to be at Sweets & Snacks this year, please come find us. Free samples. New product reveals. Maybe a surprise or two. We'll share our booth number on Instagram closer to the date.
We Tried the Scoopable Cookie Dough Trend (Verdict: Interesting)
You've seen the trend, right? Scoopable cookie dough — the kind you eat straight out of a tub with a spoon, no baking required. We had to test it. We're a cookie company. It would've been irresponsible not to.
Without giving too much away: we ran a small experiment this week, taste-tested it across the team, and… we have thoughts. Will F&W Cookie launch a scoopable cookie dough product? Maybe. Maybe sooner than you think. Maybe never. Our lips are sealed for now, but if you want this to happen, comment on our next Instagram post and let us know.
Honestly, We're Not Okay
We're going to keep it 100 with you: this week genuinely made our stomachs hurt with stress. Like that gnawing, can't-eat-breakfast kind of stress. Running a small business looks fun on Instagram and it is, most of the time. But weeks like this — when you're managing a HEB launch, prepping for an expo, baking 3,000 specialty cookies, juggling a white label deal, and racing a deadline that could change everything — it adds up.
So please, check on us next week. Send us cookie memes. Tag us in something stupid. Tell us we're doing great even when our flour-covered eyes are screaming.
We love this. We really do. We just also need a nap.

Thanks for reading the batch report, friends. We'll see you next week. Probably with eye bags. Definitely with cookies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I buy F&W Cookie's frozen stuffed cookie dough bites? Our frozen stuffed cookie dough bites are now available in HEB grocery stores across Texas. Look for them in the freezer aisle near the other cookie dough and frozen dessert products. If your local HEB doesn't have them yet, ask a store team member — they'll usually be able to tell you when the next shipment is rolling in.
What is Cookies Anonymous? Cookies Anonymous is our blue Cookie Monster–inspired flavor. It's a soft, vibrant blue cookie loaded with crumbled chocolate chip cookies baked right into the dough. Basically: a cookie inside a cookie. It's one of our top-selling flavors and it shows up in a lot of our specialty orders, exclusive packs, and event drops.
How do I get the June exclusive cookie packs? Our exclusive cookie packs drop once a month and they almost always sell out. The fastest way to get first dibs on the June pack is to join our email list — subscribers get the early access link before the public launch. You can also follow us on Instagram for the official drop announcement.
Can I order F&W Cookies online if I don't live in Texas? Yes. Our shipping cookies are available nationwide through our website, even if you're not near an HEB. The HEB partnership is specifically for our frozen stuffed cookie dough bites — everything else (exclusive packs, classic flavors, custom orders) ships across the U.S.
Does F&W Cookie do white label or custom cookie manufacturing? We do. We're actively taking on a limited number of white label and private label partners this year, and we love working with brands that want a high-quality cookie made under their own label. Reach out through the contact form on our website if you'd like to start a conversation.
Will F&W Cookie launch a scoopable cookie dough product? Maybe. We tested a small-batch scoopable cookie dough this week as part of an internal experiment, and the response from the team was… interesting. We haven't committed to launching a retail version yet, but if there's enough demand, it's on the table. Comment on our latest Instagram post if you want to vote yes.
Where is F&W Cookie's booth at the Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026? We'll share our official booth number on Instagram and via our email list as we get closer to the show. Come find us — we'll be sampling new products and previewing items that haven't been announced anywhere else yet.
How can I support F&W Cookie if I can't buy cookies right now? Honestly, the kindest thing you can do is share. Tag us on social, leave a review, send our HEB launch to a friend in Texas, or just send a "you got this" DM. Small businesses live on word of mouth, and every share genuinely moves the needle for us.
