FLAVOR PROFILE: This ain’t your regular school girl, this is a real nerdy chick. A delicious tart lemon cookie loaded with rainbow Nerds, and stuffed with a colorful marshmallow Peep. The MEGA one pound version is stuffed with a marshmallow peep.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, all vegetable shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ, and citric acid), brown sugar, lemon extract, leavening, salt, nerds, soy lecithin.
