MEGA Honey Butter - Do you lust after warm honey butter on your hot cornbread biscuits? Me So Corny might be the cookie for you. This is a sweet cornbread cookie base stuffed with a luscious honey butter frosting core, topped w/ crunchy sugar coated honey Chex cereal. The MEGA one pound version is stuffed with a large honey butter frosting core.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, oat flour (whole grain rolled oats), butter, sugar, light brown sugar (sugar, molasses), eggs, vanilla extract, salt, leavening (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, mono calcium phosphate), WHEAT FLOUR, DEGERMINATED YELLOW CORN MEAL, ANIMAL SHORTENING (LARD, HYDROGENATED LARD, TOCOPHEROLS PRESERVATIVE, BHT PRESERVATIVE, CITRIC ACID PRESERVATIVE), soy lecithin, butter extract, Whole Grain Corn, Corn Meal, Vitamin E, honey.
