MEGA Morning After - Celebrating the Morning After our historical event, Cookie Fest, we thought it only proper to fancy up and have some coffee cake! This is a cinnamon coffee cake cookie stuffed with cinnamon chips, a cinnamon vanilla cake pop core, all topped with delectable brown sugar streusel. The MEGA one pounder is stuffed with a giant cinnamon vanilla cake pop core.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, butter, sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, leavening (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, mono calcium phosphate) WATER, Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), palm and soybean oil, partially  hydrogenated  palm kernel oil,  cocoa powder,  natural  and imitation  cinnamon flavor,  salt, soy lecithin (an emulsifier) and vanillin.
