McDreamy is a cheesecake cookie base stuffed with reese's piecesTM, cheesecake chips, and a fluffy peanut butter frosting core. The MEGA one pounder is stuffed with a giant peanut butter frosting core. As Derek Shepherd would say himself, "It's a beautiful day... to eat cookies."
