This is a lemon poppyseed muffin cookie base stuffed with precious little poppy seeds, a lemon frosting core, all topped with a delectable lemon streusel. The MEGA one pounder is stuffed with a giant lemon frosting core.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt, shortening, lemon extract, baking powder, corn starch, lemon powder, poppy seeds, vegetable oil, soy lecithin, WATER, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (PALM, PALM KERNEL, COCONUT AND/OR COTTONSEED) SUGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, DEXTROSE, SODIUM CASEINATE, Malted Barley Flour.
