FLAVOR PROFILE: This cookie is the perfect way to kick off summer! A coconut cookie base loaded with coconut flakes and stuffed with a white rum and pineapple icing core. 

INGREDIENTS: Flour, butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, all-vegetable shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil and diglycerides, tbhq and citric acid), vanilla extract, coconut extract, soy lecithin, water, propylene glycol, sodium metabisulfite, rum extract, pineapple, hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, sodium caseinate, dextrose.
